"No communication at all, and damaged the inside plastic in the rear of the car, with white scuffs and scratches, both left hub caps with white and red scuffs and scratches, and chipped paint work on the rear passenger side wheel arch and deep cut and scratches to bumper, hiya will not allow me to claim, nor will I hire to again."
