"Good value, good instructions. Even better if details around fuel cap release location and fuel type were readily available. A couple of stains on rear upholstery on pick-up. Good overall experience."

"WAAAY overpriced!
The Toyota Yaris was advertised for £4 an hour but ended up paying over £50 for just four hours.
Hidden charges and outrageously priced insurance which costed more than double the price of the rental itself.
I’ll stick with zipcar."

"All good. The app is a little confusing for some things: it said to look for keys but no keys provided. No indication of fuel tank open lever, etc. And the app can be improved. Overall satisfied, will rent again. This car didn’t work in EV mode. It lasted 5 min. Shame, 30 pounds for 200miles petrol."

"The car was very clean, comfortable, responsive and economical! It was great having it for a long weekend trip and we hope we will be able to use it in the future again!
Joe was very helpful as well and we are glad that that we were booking the car from him!
The hiyacar team was awesome supporting us in every question and uncertainty we had as first-time users! The onboarding process on the site with the driving license was a bit confusing and difficult but the Customer Support Team was awesome and rectified the issue almost immediately!
