"Car and owner are great.
The locking/unlocking system works well but taking so many photos is a bother. Zipcar is much easier.
When you drive away all is well however you cannot lock the car with a normal car key the ignition key! You have to continue to unlock and lock the car using your smart phone!! This is a major downside for me.
Finally, I couldn’t remember exactly where I’d picked up the car and because they do not have dedicated car bays you have to hope that you put in the right place."

"Great to drive and Hiyacar as fantastic as ever. Would be 5 star but one off as the car was absolutely filthy with dirt all over the outside. And a bit messy inside too (crisps, tickets and parking fine left in). Please improve the check process between hires as everything else is great 🙏"

"First time using hiyacar, won't be the last! Tried other similar schemes but will now use only hiyacar going forward. Preferable rates and more importantly, a car within walking distance! Locking unlocking car from phone isva little weird at first but soon get used to it. Perfect!"
