"Poor customer service from Hiyacar - phone support is only for breakdown and not able to remotely unlock car. Chat support is slow to respond and cannot be relied upon for quick responses. Issue with being able to unlock the vehicle as there was an error on the app. Took 1 hour to be resolved from Support. Zip Car much better support."

"Not being a tech wizard, I was initially worried about the whole unlocking and starting the car with bluetooth but it was super easy and well explained how to use.
Great car with no issues at all.
Would recommend and would definitely use again"

"Starting the car was not easy, took several attempts 1st time, then after refilling with petrol we were stuck for and hour until eventually the Chat help suggested I try unplugging and plugging back in a multipin plug under the dashboard.
Not the sort of experience needs after a 12 hour fliight."

"Vehicle ran fine, plenty of space for four people. Unfortunately when it came to returning the car, the location was a shuttered car park, and I was left waiting for instruction on where to park it on live chat. I then had to find somewhere else to park it with no parking restrictions in an urban area. Terrible end to an otherwise good first experience with hiyacar."
