"The location of the car was easy to find. I had no problem starting the car and drive around. I was completely happy with the vehicle and space in it. I would rent it again. However I hadissues with Quick start, it didn't work as always as expected. We had issue start the engine and notice the battery sign was flashing on the dashboard, we thought the battery was gone since we couldn't start the engine. So we called ambulance nearby to jump start and even tried to reach AAA service. We contacted the Hiyacar service with all of the doors shut, then I was finally able to start the engine. Also due to the time wasted during this drama, I was late to drop the car and while refilling the car, I got locked again due to booking expired.I had to call Hiyacar support again. And they were able to remotely unlock the car for me while I was stuck in the petrol station in last night. Finally I was able to drop the car with their help to lock the car."
