It was very easy and quick to book and get going.

When reach destination, attended the event and tried to come back the car wouldn't start.
The battery had problems. I tried several times and follow the steps on the app but wouldn't start. Ended up asking a stranger for.jumping cables and started the car. Also when looking for jumping cables on the car realized there was no spare tyre
Is a shame because the vehicle was clean and the driving experience was actually good.

There is no phone line and while the app was quick the real solution offered was to call AAA service."

"This car wouldn’t connect to my phone despite resetting the app several times. Every time I parked the car I had to lock it manually and not through the app which meant when it came to start the car again I had to contact hiya car each time - which when on a shopping trip with multiple destinations was a huge inconvenience. If the car is faulty this needs to be looked at but I was not

"Collected the car with the tyre pressure light on and when I got to my destination the tyre was flat. Had to contact the AA and wait for a run flat to be fitted which meant I couldn’t use the car as intended. Waiting for Hiyacar to let me know what compensation is available for the inconvenience. Normally my bookings are fine so surprised with this one!"

"The car is decent, but the key system frequently fails and the car won't start until you reset your Bluetooth and the app multiple times"

"Great car for our needs. Only thing to be aware of is you need to unlock on the app every time you restart the car otherwise it won’t start. Other than that all super easy! Fuel button is under front drivers seat."

"The car drive beautifully. Had no issues, but the last people that drove it had left wrappers etc in the car which was a bit disrespectful"
