"No complaints, vehicle was fine no issues. Even though when I went to collect the last person didn’t put it back in the correct place, I was helped out by one of people that work for Hiyacar and he ensured that everything was running smoothly before I proceeded with my booking."

"Hiyacar App wasn’t working properly so I couldn’t lock and unlock the car without contacting an agent.
Exterior of that car was so dirty that I needed to clean all of the windows to be able to drive it safely.
Washer fluid froze on the windscreen as it didn’t have any or enough additive to prevent it freezing."
