"Car was very dirty and almost empty of fuel. Had to fill it up and clean the windows myself. Very hard to find a parking spot at the end of the booking."

"The vehicle had several issues: the most serious was that it wouldn’t start this morning when we wanted to set off back to London. It eventually did, but it was very worrying and stressful as we were in the middle of nowhere. I think this is related to wider engine trouble as the vehicle didn’t seem to be accelerating very well up hills in particular.
The second thing is that the touch screen computer wasn’t working so I couldn’t control the ventilation or any other features. The air con was on full blast when I picked up the car and had no ability to change it, which meant a very loud and cold journey. This was distracting.
I’d appreciate a partial refund as compensation for these issues."

"Easy to drive, clean interior, spacious boot. Has CarPlay so take a lead. Nil complaints, just what I needed it for.
Didn’t chat with owner as did not feel the need to but gave a 5/5 review anyway.

Interior. The car’s filthy inside and out. The screen is so dirty and there’s no water in the car to clean it. I used some of my bottled water and noticed a crack in the windscreen. The car’s filthy inside itself is good to drive but I couldn’t

"Car was good until today when the AC decided to only blow hot air. Suffered through the heat. Passenger window malfunctioned somewhat. I wouldnt book this specific car again. But will continue to use hiyacar"
