"My correspondence with David began not long after he accepted my booking request. We spoke on the phone where he presented me with more than one vehicle pick-up location option, preferably most convenient to myself. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I was very late meeting David to collect the vehicle. Whilst I was still able to keep him updated on the proximity; and my estimated arrival, my lateness would prove to inconvenience David and his plans for the rest of the evening. However, when I did eventually arrive, David was more than magnanimous about the whole thing. I found him to be friendly and helpful; taking the time to make sure that I was as well-informed about the vehicle as possible, aswell as inviting me to ask any questions. I enjoyed driving the Vauxhall Astra - I find driving manual cars to be more pleasant experience. Clean and spacious; with all the features and controls easily accessible and user-friendly. I would certainly book this vehicle again."
