"Great drive - Samuel was kind enough to meet me as after instant booking my phone was not compatible with the software to access the car so I had to cancel. On the off chance I wrote to Samuel who answered really quickly & I was able to meet him easily for the keys so I rebooked - Hiya immediately reimbursed me on the cancellation. Thank you!. Samuel also provided me with phone holder (use carefully) it is a good one & also provided all sorts of charge leads. Perfect & although the car is quite an a few years old everything worked fine including the heater & I could pair Bluetooth also. Not expensive to run. Will definitely book again when needed."

"Really easy pick. First time using Hiya Car and was excellent experience. Car was easy to find and ready to drive off with a full tank of petrol. It was parked on a quiet street so I was able to do a quick test drive and get used to the car and the gears etc without feeling pressure from traffic or other drivers. Samuel has been very quick to reply and helpful. Car was clean and came with multiple port plug to charge my phone in the cigarette lighter plug. Hiya Car app is very clever with the locking and unlocking. You do need mobile signal or WiFi though so be aware if travelling in country side with poor mobile data signal. Stay within speed limits of the law and stay safe everyone."

"Samuel was super helpful when we thought we had to cancel and then rebook again. We gave him a bit of the run around and he was really patient and helpful at all times. His car is really ideal for what we wanted to do and have a drive out of London for a couple of hours and back. We hired his car for the day. Super competitive and highly recommend this owner."

"Remarkably straight forward to use and Samual was a lovely owner to deal with. The car is very tidy, suited our purposes for a trip to Hertfordshire. There is no air conditioning and it turned out to be a warm day but electric windows worked a treat. Very good value for money and very slick app. Impressed."
