"Wow, our vehicle just passed flew MOT, and the noise unfortunately was for the locking wheel nut stored incorrectly not unsafe just a little inconvenient and I'm sorry for that. All this could have been resolved but instead you resort to this. Communication is bad with this driver, my cars are the lowest priced on the platform, maybe you should pay more next time and hire a better spec car from someone else. Not a good guest, cars are always clean with sanitizers. You left the car dirty and resort to negative feedback."
