"Tbh it’s not a bad car. For what I needed, it was ok, a good drive, compact and economical for the price. It’s location was perfect, as it is within closer proximity to where I needed to use the vehicle. I would definitely use again or consider a Citroen as I have a N Nismo so driving abilities “would be” different.
Owner was welcoming, responded where he could otherwise, is practical and enjoyed driving the Citroen"

"The car was very good. The experience I had using the app was not. I couldn't extend my renal in the app when I was stuck in traffic and knew I'd go over time. Then I messaged Hiyacar and no one got back to me. I was then charged for more insurance. I use hire car apps a lot and have never had this experience before. Why is there not a facility to call someone, as in other apps?"
