"Not a good experience. Location of the car completely different than what I was shown at the time of booking. Had to take a bus to pick up and after drop off while the only reason I booked this car was convenient location. Car in poor condition with various warnings on the dashboard. Owner tried to be helpful but couldn’t do anything as no support from Hiyacar at all - nobody answered her and my messages. All in all, Turo app is much better in my opinion."

"The car itself was great and the owner was brilliant really helpful but the app kept stalling and wouldn’t work and wouldn’t connect me so I could not open close or start the car a lot during the day I could not complete drop-off as I could not access the app it kept saying data not received so the owner luckily had to do the drop-off for me. Please workout issues on the app I had my Bluetooth on but I continually throughout the day could not get in and out of start the car this is as you can imagine is quite frustrating. The car with great though but you need to work out your technical issues app wise"

"Owner friendly and helpful. Lovely little car, easy to drive. Needed a bit of a clean internally but I was early to pick up so owner hadn’t had time to do this. Hiyacar team very helpful"

"Not having used this service before I forgot to check or ask simple things like what side is the petrol tank, how does it open. Lessons learnt. Also problems using the app on an elderly phone, won’t link to camera for photos, but the Help team were fantastic! It would also be useful to have some info up front with regards to the pick up and drop of processes for new users - it takes a while so give yourself extra time for this."
