"The car was not in great condition in terms of cleanliness and the key was broken which made it difficult to find and difficult to start the car. The previous drivers had left some rubbish in the car."

"The car is not in great condition - it was dirty inside, the front bumper has been damaged and poorly repaired. Locking and unlocking was also a bit unreliable - it often took a few goes. The windscreen wipers need replacing."

"Car is nice to drive and supplied charger for phone. However, it would not unlock easily, often taking 4 tries and needed breaks between each, taking a couple of minutes to unlock each time. Secondly, a “key not detected” error msg came up 3 of the 4 times I went to start the engine. All I could do was keep taking it out, putting it back in and trying again and again. At one point this left me sitting at fuel pump for 10 mins after fuelling up. To top it all of the car wouldn’t lock when returned. Again, another couple of mins trying to do so. Hiya car offered a “talk to person” service whilst I was trying but nobody responded in time. Thankfully it eventually just locked itself."

"I booked this car after the previous booking was a car left in a sunday market zone so blocked by vans and impossible to move. I had to book an Uber to get to the nrw booking ( Ford B ) So i wasted more than an hour to solve this issue. The new car ( Ford B ) was a bit dirty. Lots of dust. Car key disassembled and cracked. Fuel was almost zero. As a result the actual quantity of fuel at dropoff is probably 15£ more than how it was at pickup. Iam waiting info to send the Uber invoice ( around 12£ ) for a refund. Anyway I really have to thank HiyaCar customer service as they were available today Sunday morning at 8 to solve my issue. I managed to do my Sunday job anyways thanks to their availability and promptness."

"App opening and closing bugs at best, and is poorly functioning. The rear brake lights of the car were not functioning during the rental. The car could use a clean."
