"i need to claim the cost of this booking as the car wont start after i booked it and then i tried contact hiyacar many times with no luck. Do to s personal circumstances i had to hire another car through hiyacar as well so this booking need to be refunded"

"Great car, very fuel efficient, easy to drive and clean. Only small issue is that the tyre pressure warning light kept coming up even after I added pressure to all tyres. I also missed a phone holder, but of course I knew it didn't have one. . Friendly owner, will hire this car again. Hiyacar's on he other hand was not good. I had messaged them to say that by mistake I ended the hire without taking the keys out of the ignition key hole and asked them for help, and they said I should contact the owner when in reality they could have easily unlocked the car for me and the lock it again a minute later. I've had a few past interactions with Hiyacar and have not been impressed at all by their customer service."

"We haven't met with the owner, but haven't had any problem with him. The car is in a fair condition, we had issues only with two things, notification for low pressure in the tyres appeared, we pumped it according to the instructions and it appeared again after a day, maybe the tyres will require replacement. Another thing was missing windshield washer liquid. otherwise we were happy with the car it is small and really practical, can recommend! One thing for Hiyacar, the car locking system doesn't work if you don't have a phone service and also car can't start without it, so the system should be improved."

"Great little car. Easy to drive and will get 50mpg on motorway. Comfortable enough for long trips and good for taller people due to high roof. Responsive owner and vehicle was clean and tidy on pickup."

"It was a positive experience, the car was simple to open and close, and it was in good condition. Said this, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that Ifelabi advertisement states, under parking Instructions, "The car is on Mountearl Gardens SW16 2NW," even though the Vehicle Position shown in the add is SE16 3EB. This information confused me when I had to go pick up the vehicle. I brought this up to the host,  but got no response. I sent the host three messages, but none of them received a response. There is no other way to contact the host. Neither the host nor the customer service. At least from the app I did not find this information."
