"Generally really good. Something to check - There seems to be something not quite right with the electronics. There was an icon with a wrench showing up and sometimes it said electronic fault or something like that. It meant that sometimes it took 3 goes to start the car. Also it kept losing connection with the phone re Apple car play (might be connected). The car needs a good clean (from the person before)."

"The mobile application is terrible, the app always crashes, the instructions are horrible and the way of solving the car is bad in general, bad Zipcar is better, easier to use and more comfortable, why can't they provide a better service?"

"Van was great. It wasn't in it's designated bay due to extensive roadworks. But the lady from hiyacar dropped me a pin of where it was. So I walked two mins around the corner. The van had a ticket on it and two in the glovebox. It was my first hiyacar so I followed all the instructions exactly. Everything was fine until I returned the van. A traffic warden was waiting so I made it clear this is meant to be in the car club bay. It took a while to confirm. He was reasonable and confirmed that I wouldn't receive any tickets as I parked correctly. I took plenty of pics and videos of him and the confirmation. For my first hiyacar it was an interesting experience. I did everything to follow the rules to the best of my ability. I hope I don't get penalised for being honest. I dropped it back in the same bay I collected it from. As far as the van goes I could probably fit a king size mattress in easily and it had sensors and heated seats. A lot of welcome improvements to the faithful transit."
