"Hi communication with Fae was straightforward and easy. She was responsive and helpful. Her car is a great little car - nippy and easy to drive and good VFM. It has a few knocks but Fae was upfront about these and they did not bother me. Unfortunately soon after pick up a warning light appeared advising to check tyre pressures and adjust if necessary . I checked the pressure which was fine but the warning light wouldn’t go away. I personally am not a big fan of the keyless start. & I spent the weekend worrying I might lose charge on my phone or lose the phone itself but that is just me, a worrier! I would have preferred a physical key. This was my first experience of Hiya and it was positive."

"Very easy car hire. Fae was very communicative, the car was where it eas supposed to be and filled with petrol, and a nice drive. Highly recommended."
