"The air conditioner was not working throughout the trip. There were a lot of cobwebs in the car and hadn't been cleaned both interior and exterior in a while. The brake rotors are rusting and squeaky throughout the trip. The wipers were not working changed in a while and when it rained heavily the visibility was very poor and unsafe. On the other hand, the owner was friendly and prompt in communication."

"Vatsal was extremely helpful both before and during the hire. Any message that I sent with queries (my phone was stolen 36hrs before the hire began) were answered almost immediately which was really appreciated especially due to the stress and circumstances. The car was exactly as described and I had no issues with it at all and the boot was surprisingly bigger than I anticipated. Would absolutely recommend hiring this vehicle."
