"The car broke down, specifically the clutch completely burned out. The owner did offer me a refund plus a van for the weekend as a replacement free of charge which was what he had available so fair play for that but unfortunately the van was not appropriate for the journey I was making."

"The owner was very prompt in responding to and accepting the booking. The process of collecting and dropping off the car via the app was straight forward. The car was compact, cost effective and suitable for a trip to the coast for two. My partner was able to create his own profile and be added to the booking after we had collected the car. We were also able to extend our booking due to traffic. Overall it was a very successful last minute hire to save our mini holiday."
