"The car was in good condition, easy to use, and did the job very well. We didn’t need to speak with the owner, so I can’t comment on that part of the experience. Everything on the app worked smoothly except for the final drop-off, when the car wouldn’t lock. We had to contact customer service, but they helped us sort it out in the end. Overall, it was a good rental."

"Cool owner. Bit of a mishap with some unlocking thing but gent drove me to another car. Same identical one, great service, was my first time as well, just wanted to get back into driving so it defo helped, thank you, great owner, clean, no issues. Had to put it in gear when parked otherwise I think the parking break doesn't work as well? Not too sure been a while since ive driven a car, regardless, no issues rly, a cool chill night"

"Car was uncleaned in and outside.Fuel wasn t fully topped up. Drivetrain warning message kept on showing on dashboard ,suggesting to inflate tyres. Even after inflating tyres , warning signs kept on showing! The side mirror was very wobbly! The car was shaking a lot when accelerating."

"The car is a nightmare. It refused to start every time I tried to turn it on. The support team had to override the immobilizer, and then I had to go into the app to unlock the car multiple times. In some situations, I had no signal or the app wasn’t working, so it wasn’t possible for me to go into the app to start the car. At one point I was stuck in the road and couldn’t move. I had to be pushed to the side of the road. When I spoke to the support team, they said all they could do was credit my account £5 because technically the car was still functioning. Nightmare from start to finish."
