"Great communication from the owner. The car was very comfortable and in good working order but the windows need a good clean. Hiyacar communication was good but I found the system to lock and unlock the car was very inconvenient. If you are in a location that doesn’t have good reception it won’t activate well."

"The car was in good condition, easy to use, and did the job very well. We didn’t need to speak with the owner, so I can’t comment on that part of the experience. Everything on the app worked smoothly except for the final drop-off, when the car wouldn’t lock. We had to contact customer service, but they helped us sort it out in the end. Overall, it was a good rental."
