"Worst booking i have had since using this app. The van doesn’t hold charge well at all. I spent the entire time i had it worried about the range. I couldn’t use the heater as that brought the range down a-lot. Couldn’t use the radio or bluetooth for the same reason. Drove the entire booking in B and Eco mode. Didn’t make much difference. And on top of this, the van cant use a fast charger. I couldn’t use the van for what i booked it for. Spent most of the time charging it and it would never charge enough to properly use it. I bring van to postcode on the ad and the owner tells me I’m in the wrong place. If it’s wrong why is it on the ad as the pickup location. I even tried to show her where waze took me. She ignored me, pushes me out of the way and hits me with the van door and gets in the drivers seat ready to drive off. I still had the fob in my hand. At that point i had had enough so i put the fob in the door handle and walked off. Would give 0 if i could. Rubbish!"
