"Hiya had to re-validate my license but waited until I was due to pick up the vehicle. Luckily I had my license and access to my National Insurance number so they could verify, but this could have been done well in advance of pickup. It wasted 20 minutes of my time and caused knock on delays to my journey. Not a great customer experience."
