"Car was dirty and smelled of marajuana; tyres weren’t pumped up (so a warning light was on when I got in); no instructions from hiyacar on where parking bay was (so took ages to find it). And all this after hiyacar cancelled the original car I hired at short notice so I had to use a much less convenient car. Not a good experience at all."
