"Zarah herself is lovely — polite, friendly, and very helpful. The booking process with her went smoothly.
However, my issue is with Hiyacar’s system. I extended the booking by 30 minutes and paid the extra £4, which even they can see in their system. Their system failed to process it properly, canceled the booking automatically, and now they’re trying to charge me £40 for something that was clearly their own technical fault.
It’s completely unfair and honestly ridiculous to put customers through this kind of stress when the payment was made and visible on their side. Because of this experience, I can’t recommend the company."
