"The car was alright, clean, working fine, but really annoying I couldn’t use the keys to lock & unlock the car. I had to use the app every time, and it takes slightly longer, in cold, rain, with shopping in your hands - not fun. As for Hiyacar services, ok at best. This is the only option I found, close enough to Zipcar (since they closed). But this app has hidden costs, hidden conditions, make sure you do your research well and ask all questions before you book."
