"I had a really great experience using Hiyacar. The whole process was smooth from start to finish booking was simple, communication was clear, and the car was exactly as described. It was clean, well-maintained, and drove perfectly, which made the trip completely stress free. The owner was extremely friendly, professional, and very welcoming when handing over the car. She made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy, taking the time to explain everything and making sure I had what I needed before setting off. It’s always nice when someone clearly takes pride in both their car and the service they provide. Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences I’ve had. Great car, excellent communication, and a genuinely pleasant host. I would definitely recommend renting from her and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future."
