"Owner is so rude he tried to say I left a dent on his car but it was already there he thought he was clever by getting Hiya involved to make some money. He got upset because I left one small box in the car & he arrived late on arrival time so it’s not fair for paying for a car that wasn’t used so I asked for a refund so he tried to say I left a dent !"

"The car was extremely dirty in and out with a smell of smoking inside. As I went on a date I had to buy kitchen towels and glass cleaner to clean the windscreen , mirrors and front windows as I could not see clearly at night time so not a happy experience this time"
