"I arrived to collect my car promptly at 12:00- I knocked on the door where I was made to wait 15 minutes. Finally the door opened and I was told"sorry I took so long I was trying to find the key for the car, unfortunately my dad took the key to work and I have to go get it" I asked "how long would that take" and he said "20 minutes" he came back 20 mins later with the key and handed the car over with no apology. I contacted hiyacar to find out what can be done about this but it turns out only drivers get charged for lateness and not owners which is absolutely unfair. I was late to my destination due to lack of professionalism and no compensation was received. "
