"I was a bit disappointed with this driver. She brought the car very dirty. She just handed the key over to me and rushed off. Not waiting for me to do the inspection. I messaged her to let her know that the car has to be clean when she returns the car. All she said was that she left an empty bottle in the car. She ignored my the rest of message"
