"Reena was friendly, super helpful and switched on, which made the process really easy and straightforward. Her car has some minor scuffs, which she pointed out to make sure we were all covered with our “before” photos and helpfully pointed out that a drop-off in daylight is useful for clear “after” photos. She had other valuable little tips. She responded quickly when I queried about boot size (with the additional row of seats, there’s the smallest boot space, for day bags only). She has an internal valet clean so the car was spotless and asks that we either do the same upon return, or pay costs for it (not huge - and fair enough). I’d definitely hire through her again…if she’s happy with me 😃 I had problems with my phone and connections, so she tried to help, and impressed on me the importance of sending the after photos and registering the return before charges are incurred. Thank you Reena, the perfect first host 😊"
