"This was my first time using the site and all was relatively easy to set up. The website could do with more clarity in some areas. Some info you don’t get until you book, but you’re not aware of this first time you use. Support was quick and helpful, as was John who responded timely to everything. The car was clean and perfect for what I needed. I was on a long trip and my only worry was the petrol warning light came on, when it appears the dial reads 1/4 tank, but the dial then cleared very quickly inferring tank was completely empty. On a motorway with no hard shoulder in horrific rain, it was scary, not knowing the car. The warning to empty was an only a few miles and wasn’t long enough. (Otherwise 5 stars). This aside, everything else was great and I would use again, knowing the car this time. Thank you John."
