"The car wouldn't pick up speed and had some real issues once we got onto the motorway. We had to call the RAC as it was too dangerous to drive, they checked the oil and it was over 3litres below the minimum level required and the engine needed a full service. We had to be escorted at a slow speed back to drop the car off. This is worrying considering the car wasn't fit for the road and was dangerous to drive! There was also less than a 1/4 of petrol when we got the car."

"I was late to pick up the car using quick start. The car was not at the location indicated on the website which was a little annoying because that meant I had to get in touch with hiyacar. When I eventually found the car, we discovered that the owner had disconnected the box so i was unable to unlock the car. Despite this, William was very quick to arrive and fix the problem. The car was clean and in very good condition. "

Very convenient collection and drop off especially as he dropped me off at the train station as a favour. Good communication and the Vauxhall is decent enough at the low price, though it could do with a little clean next time. 5 stars"
