"No problem with the actual hire, client very friendly and it was very easy to communicate.
Client left the car lights on through the night after drop off causing the car battery to go flat.
I am very disappointed by the response from hiyacar, they have said this isn't an issue of theirs.
I am now unable to use my car and having trouble getting this issue resolved without it costing the price of the hiya.
Due to this being a clients error i do not feel it is something i should have to sort myself. "
