"I never got to use the car but Mr Owete was brilliant, he showed professionalism in how he was communicating with me, availability, courteousness, politeness, understanding and empathy. Due to an illness in the family I wasnt able to undertake my trip. He showed genuineness, understanding and compassion. It was my first time to use Hiyacar, but I found the whole process including registration, searching for a car, payment, and communication user friendly, seamless and very professional. The staff were always available for support. Thank you. I will definitely be using Hiyacar from now."
