"If I could of left no stars I would of. I collected the car the state of it was embarrassing, scratched everywhere left right and centre. As soon as I got in the car and started it I knew I was going to have problems, iy cut out on me 4 times the last time I did it wouldn't start again despite me turning it off and restarting everything. My daughter had to push it to the side of the road. When I rang hiyacar they told me to ring the AA is it really my job to ring the AA?? I has a family do to be to at 7pm and it would take me a couple of hours to get to, I had to leave the car and get a train. In the car we found a wallet with class A drugs in it. It was a complete nightmare and I would never use this service ever again. When I tried to speak to the owner he simply wasn't interested the same as hiyacar. Very angry and disappointed"

"Vehicle was disgusting absolutely filthy inside and out. Sticky all over on inside, pet hairs, mess all over floor. Zero petrol, can’t go past 3rd gear without vehicle shaking and loosing power and when brakes applied failed to work quick enough nearly causing accident. Owner does not service vehicle but is happy to take peoples money."

"The owner was very helpful in offering the car, which was good value, fuel efficient and nice to drive. It was, however, not very clean when I picked it up and the interior smelt slightly of stale tobacco smoke. The odour was reduced when the windows were open, but it returned when the car was left parked for any length of time."

"Brilliant car, near South Woodford underground station and really appreciated the fast responses from Gulrase. Some advice I wish I had before using: [1] Bring a phone holder with you for using GPS [2] Remember to use the app, not the car key to unlock / lock the car - the car won't start otherwise (quick start technology)! I thought the battery had gone, but no, it was because I hadn't unlocked it via the app. Also take a spare portable charger just in case your phone runs out of battery and you can't get back in your car. Take a charging cable - there is a USB slot in the car. [3] Leave a margin of safety time wise, both for arriving and working out how to use the car, and when returning the car, otherwise it's stressful trying to extend etc. Other hacks / tips: -If the wing mirror is facing in. you have to manually push it out (of course be gentle) -You can connect your phone to the car for Bluetooth / audio"
