"The remote key of a car wasn’t working.
It led to the car not being able to start when we were in the middle of nowhere - it was electronic immobiliser fault, which was essentially the key. In the end we fiddled with locking and unlocking the car using the app and it was fine. But the experience was unpleasant.
Regarding Hiyacar - there is no 24/7 support, which was a problem when I locked my house keys in a car at 1am, but when they are on, they are very helpful. I was annoyed by the extension charge - there should be a daily cap for the price."

"Vehicle not damaged, petrol tank full. However the inside and outside of the car were not clean, there was mud all over and certainly had not been sanitised prior to my rental. Very happy with the Hiyacar process though."

"Unfortunately the car was not where it said it should be on the map. I walked around the neighbourhood for 40mins searching for the car whilst waiting for the owner to respond but I didn't hear back from him. Eventually, Hiyacar messaged me with an updated location of the car which was almost a mile walk away. Going by his other reviews this could be a one off technical issue."
