"The car was an excellent drive.
However, the shrubbery next to the hiyercar could be trimmed back so as to take pictures on the side of the vehicle. This would make it easier for members."

Couldn't find the gas cap Release button and no where was instructed.
Also return address on map is incorrect.

"Apart from having found some trash from previous user inside de car and some external damage to the car on pick up which was parked in the wrong spot, against some bushes hiding front damage, the experience was really good without any issues to report."

"Terrible experience, I am unlikely to use Hiyacar again and would no longer recommend. The car would not open and close using the app, this occurred several times a day, each day over the booking. This was incredibly frustrating and left me waiting 15 minutes each time for the Hiyacar team to reset connectivity to the car, following conversation via the app chat. Sometimes, during the late evening when it was dark. We ended up using the car key to open the car, this then set the car alarm off. Due to the open/close mechanism not working, the car would not start several times due to the car being disabled. This sounded like a dead battery which caused further worry, particularly after the open/close failures. The Hiyacar team were quick to respond to messages. However, the issues were not resolved over the four day hire. A hugely disappointing hire with considerable stress each and every day."

"The booking did not go well.
The parking bay was very difficult to find because it was described as being at 42 Lime Grove when it was in fact in Scotts Road behind 42 Lime Grove.
The car was parked in a bay that barely fitted it, with a wall on the side next to the driver's door which meant that one couldn't access the driver's door but had to gain access through the passenger door which was 400mm from A Toyota Landcruiser. Very difficult to get into the car and very difficult to extract the car from the bay.
The Quick Start did not work and after 40 minutes of chat with Hiyacar the car was opened remotely and we started our journey. What we did not understand was that, with a non functioning Quick Start, the car was immobilised after 5 minutes of being switched off and we had to contact Hiyacar to deactivate the isolator. After one stop we tried to get in touch by both web chat and phone and waited 30 minutes for the immobiliser to be reset.
Once started, the vehicle was great."

"All very smooth and easy once I'd worked out that the quoted prices are not inclusive of insurance (which can be a little misleading - it was also my first booking). Car was in great condition and the access and drop off process was easy and worked fine."
