"Complicated. Can be very difficult to find a spot to park at drop off (had to extend the hire while cruising around for a free space). Car had only 13% when I picked it up, and the app for finding places to charge the car is hopelessly clunky). A shame because the car itself is great."

"Battery was almost empty when I collected it, so I had to scramble around finding various charging stations during my one day rental. Note the vehicle doesn't have a dedicated parking space, I had to circle around for 20 minutes looking for a space to return it.
Vehicle itself is OK once you're on the road."

"We found the car dirty outside and inside, with few parts damaged or missing on the vehicle. We had it with less than 40% battery when we got in. The overall autonomy of the car is 190 miles, so it requires a accurate planning before travelling, considering 1 hour to recharge if you are lucky to find a fast charger available."

"Great car, it locks on command from my phone ok, but twice I have received a contrary messages saying it has not locked, I think it is because the mobile coverage has been poor in the area?"

"The car wasn't parked where I was told, although I was notified of the location change the new location wasn't where the car was, it was located further down another road. Took me half hour to find the vehicle. Other than that, it was a solid experience. Will use again."
