"We originally booked a hybrid and ended up getting swapped to a electric from hiya for some reason, which was not fit for purpose.
Was only half charged and took a couple of stops to get to our destination. First time driving a electric and not good for anything other than a run around. Most charge points on maps are broken or not accessible. The car was as advertised but the lack of a full charge alongside needing two long charging stops was a real pain."

"Is a good car, spacious and comfortable. The car was not cleaned inside and had an unpleasant smell, as well as someone old shoes at the back. We didn't have a good first experience as I made a rocky mistake with my booking so the whole day was wasted and very expensive. On my return the bay was taken and added a lot of stress to an already ver stresful day, as I didn't want to leave the car on an empty battery for next user. I will definitely won't be using an electric car for a day out of London, probably okay for a couple of hours in the city. Didn't have a great experience."

"This was my first experience driving an electric vehicle. The car was given with 99% of battery level, I've done about 40 miles in London consuming 27% of battery, so no needed to charge. The car was immaculate, very comfortable, reliable and easy to drive. I enjoyed this experience and I recommend this car, specially for relatively short trips."
