"Lovely looking mini. Drives well and good around town for 2 people as legroom for the rear seats is not generous. The hire price was great and fuel was fine. Good stereo. I use Hiya car frequently and have also hired cars from this owner before. Both have been great but I still had considerable difficulty getting going with this rental. Firstly the Hiya car app didn’t recognise my face. I contacted them and they kindly skipped over that part once I provided a selfie. Secondly I couldn’t work out how to start the car. It has both a strange fob in the glovebox that you insert to a slot and then it also has a start button near to that that you need to depress the clutch to use. I once again contacted Hiya car staff who helped keep me calm. This all took almost an hour of my rental time. I hope clear instructions will help future users avoid the difficulties I had."

"This is a great little car. I hired it for a week and a bit over Christmas and it took me from London to the Shropshire AONB, all about the hills, and back via the Cotswolds. It may be little but it's got some power and is super fuel efficient. This was my second hire from Ertan and he's my preferred Hiyacar owner. His cars are reasonably priced, in good condition, have a full tank on pick up, and are always immaculately clean inside and out. If you have any queries about your hire, Ertan is quick to respond and helpful. Highly recommend and I'll be hiring again."
