"Great communication throughout and was able to compromise on the handover time, which was appreciated. However, passenger side of the car had a stain on the seat and what looked like a blunt wrap. The odour of cigarettes took several days to clear, which meant cancelling on another booking. It’s taken time and expense to try to fix this and I leave disappointed."
