"Although I know the car is pet friendly it was covered in dog hair on the back seats and mud over the plastic trims. Also when ever I would try to start the car it would take about 5 to 6 times trying to get the car to start and almost made me late to the funeral I was attending but once the car would eventually start it was a smooth ride"

"Loved driving this car and owner very friendly. The Quick start method for opening the car didn’t work when we were in an area with poor internet connection so we had some technical issues but the Hiyacar team were really really helpful so top marks for customer service."
