"Although I know the car is pet friendly it was covered in dog hair on the back seats and mud over the plastic trims. Also when ever I would try to start the car it would take about 5 to 6 times trying to get the car to start and almost made me late to the funeral I was attending but once the car would eventually start it was a smooth ride"

"Loved driving this car and owner very friendly. The Quick start method for opening the car didn’t work when we were in an area with poor internet connection so we had some technical issues but the Hiyacar team were really really helpful so top marks for customer service."

"First time and last time!! Horrible experience with the vehicle. It puts itself .I'm autohold causing handbrakes to be on and unable to drive after parking the car to go out and coming back unable to drive!! Informed hiya car what was going on!! They didn't even offer to extend the return time when they was aware the car wasn't going off auto hold after restarting the car to try and release the hand brake!!!! Sat in the car for 2hours or more with a 3 year old!!! Very bad experience!! Never had an issue driving automatic car and i have rented a Kia before with enterprise never had this issue. Their a problem with the car or due to the connection with hiya car app!!! On top of all they want to charge me £30 late fee when they was aware of the problem before it was even time to return. This was around 6:45pm and my drop off was at 9pm!!! Do not understand why they didnt automatically extend the time if aware that the car would not drive due to being on auto hold brake!!!!"

"This car was dirty but because I never had time to get it cleaned I just drove it like that and the petrol was half full and I had to top it up myself"
