"The booking process was easy especially once the ID checks had been done. It was the first time I had used Hiyacar and I was a bit nervous about the pick up and car locking/unlocking procedures. I need not have worried as the app guides you through the process and the emails from Hiyacar were very useful. The owner was quick to reply to my messages. I hadn't driven an automatic for years and the owner kindly sent me a simple quick start guide. The car was clean and comfortable and a pleasure to drive. I was collecting my daughter from Leeds and there was plenty of room for her belongings.
Dropping off the car at end of the hire was simple.
I was very impressed with the whole experience."
