"They returned my car 2 hour late at midnight banging my door calling my buzzer when I have little children who are sleeping and have school in the morning. For them not to get charged for additional use of my vehicle thay marked my car as dropped off but they actually was elsewhere which I notified Hiya. my car was returned so dirty I had to get it professionally valeted cleaned , their was eg. food, grey hair, flip flops. They also hit a curb I believe as the tyre was scraped and the tracking was off on my vehicle . When I mentioned the issue and sent a video of the issue to the guest the quest replied by saying that he will give me a good review and he did not have time to clean my car. They did not even refuel what they used of my fuel. Thankfully I got reimbursed from Hiya"
