"This car was so great. A lovely little run around for our holiday. Very fuel efficient as well. Also Sam the owner was extremely attentive and could message them any time. This was such a relief after the first time I used the Hiyacar service and was good to see that this is the best way forward for the future of car sharing! Thanks Sam. I will use you again!! "It's the second time I hire this vehicle. I gave it three stars last time because the car was pretty dirty. It's two stars this time I'm afraid, because it was not only dirty, but also faulty. The front lights are so weak that I had to get out to check whether they were even working. I could barely see anything on the highway / countryside roads, making me feel incredibly insecure. As it is, I consider the car to be a safety hazard. It should be checked as soon as possible and not be rented out."
