"I’m all about honesty and transparency and my views are solely my own and if anyone else has experienced something different that’s ok. Late contact for me to collect car. Wasn’t aware that petrol tank needed to full before hire it was empty so I had to put petrol in which he will benefit from when car is returned. Car wasn’t running correctly. Not sure if it’s the gearbox or car just needs a service but my overall experience of using a car that I hire often from other owners was not great. Happy to give the car back earlier than needed and put this down to experience that won’t be repeatedly. Plus was the sun was out and the retractable roof works perfectly. No music towards end as Bluetooth appliance battery died! Owner late to collect car. This lack of respect for people’s time is above me now."
