"The car is not fit for the road. We were driving at night and kept getting flashed. Pulled over and it was because the rear lights weren’t working, despite front full/dip beam being on. Annoyingly it was foggy, and the front fog lights wouldn’t turn on so it was hard to see, the rear ones did, and we to kept them on, even the next day, because the rear lights didn’t work. Later, the front fog lights decided to work and the offside rear light started coming on, but not the near-side. Kept getting flashed on the road from drivers behind and felt very unsafe never sure if the rear lights were working.
Finally, the rear offside tyre is at its wear limit and should have been replaced already.
Otherwise the car was clean inside, fully fuelled, and where it was meant to be."

"I’ve used this car before but really feel it has deteriorated in quality. The gearbox and clutch and very very clunky, the usb was not working to charge and use my phone and the air freshener was really overpowering in the car. It has been a great car to use in the past but hope the gearbox gets looked at!"

"Got scammed into cleaning a vehicle even though it was returned in the same condition. Also unlocking of the vehicle is hugely dependant on the internet. Better hope you have a service the whole time. Good luck with this hire. Get ready to add another £50 to clean a car that is permanently parked outside."
