"Car was great but three things 1) the tyre pressure needed adjustment but none of the garages we visited had working air pumps 2) the oil pressure light/service light came on once, but I restarted the car and it disappeared, so it might just be a software glitch 3) most of the car's functions are self explanatory but would be great if it had a manual for old folk like me who prefer not to check Google"

"I spent over an hour trying to get the engine to start on the car I had booked (Renault Zoe on bayston road). The response from the live chat was extremely slow. I called the customer service phone number to try and resolve on the phone, twice, and they couldn’t provide any help or advice whatsoever.
The car actually had an issue with the brakes I think. When we eventually got to the bottom of this my booking was transferred over to this car (yellow, LM20 VGO)
Again, I had to contact customer service to open the car. There was an issue with signing in/closing the app. And at the end of the journey I had yet MORE issues locking the car.
All of these problems meant that my day of work and delivering was completely delayed and I couldn’t complete my work. I am truly disappointed in the service, I have been using your app for a long time now and recommended it to many friends. I wanted to book an electric, eco friendly car this time but sadly the service was unacceptable…"
