"Great car, easy pick up. There was a glitch when locking the car whereby I had to press 'lock', then open the door again as it would actually lock, then press 'lock' again before the car actually did lock. This is more problem with the app then the car."

"There car was good but the previsiosly driver did not put a full tank so I put on same level, plus dust inside of car and all his old receipts , I had to clean."

"Hiya car were helpful, eventually. When we collected the vehicle, we were just 15 minutes into our journey when a motorcyclist advised us that there was a nail in our drivers side tyre. We tried to contact Hiya Car to ask what to do, but the response time was too long so we did the safest thing and went to the nearest mechanic for a repair. This cost £20. On our final day of the booking, the car would not start with the keyless system. After calling the phone line twice they could not help and advised me to wait for a response from the chat team. This took 50 minutes for a response and was actually quite a quick fix, something that would be good for the call centre team to be aware of, Incase this happens again.
We liked the car a lot, but the key system was consistently unreliable, and with a nail in the tyre we really got off to a poor start with our trip. The entire car hire was incredibly costly and we would welcome any advice regarding reimbursement for the repair we paid for."
