"Great vehicle. I needed some assistance from Hiya, as always they responded in a swift and courteous manner. I've noticed some reviewers complaining about poor instructions. Literally everything you need is in the app, take time to read it - it will help you. Also please remember it's YOUR responsibility to make sure the vehicle is clean inside and out at the end of the hire. It's how it works and why it's so reasonable. So please make a small effort to keep it that way :)"
