"The car was filthy when we collected it and I had to clean it before putting my children in the car, but hiya car did apologise and offer me some credit.
Note if you have kids and things to put in the car make sure you have the car running otherwise you get immobilised.
Not sure id use again but hiya car are helpful and quick to respond"
