"Very helpful and practical after an annoying puncture which the AA sorted. Got in touch to ask if there was anything I'd want her to do - for example because she was close I might have suggested going over and picking up the car myself to drive to a tyre garage or something like that. No special ideas came to mind but thanks for help! By the way I will write directly to say tha the tyre was at the end of its life so there's no charge towards replacement. I think it had just under 2mm of tread left."
